Placing an Order TOP
Your Gift Goddess offers excellent customer service. We are experts in helping you pick out that perfect gift whether it be for a baby, friend, wedding, birthday or something for yourself!

To place an order, click on the “Add to Cart” button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the “View Cart” link and proceed to checkout.
Sales Tax TOP
A sales tax of 6.75% is added to orders shipped to Ohio addresses. Sales tax is not charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Ohio.
Payment Options TOP
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via PayPal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
Pay Pal is free and easy to use. You can pay by American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and e-check or directly from your bank account.
If paying with an e-check, it must clear before shipment can be made. E-Checks can take 3-5 days to clear. Please remember this if your order has a dead line.
We do not accept cash, or CODs.

At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. I am unable to ship to international, APO & FPO addresses, US Territory addresses, and PO Boxes.

Your Gift Goddess gift certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100.
Return Policy TOP
At Your Gift Goddess, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Your Gift Goddess will accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges on Items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged TOP
Your Gift Goddess is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.
Note: All packages send via UPS or FedEX are traceable and automatically insured for $100.
